In-home Residential Support Specialist - Hampton, United States - Destiny's Supportive In-Home

Description

• Manages a 1:1 caseload in a residential and community setting;
• Prepares progress notes and other daily logs;
• Provides direct care services to clients, based on the plan of care;
• Responds to crisis situations;
• Attends and conduct group meetings with recipients;
• Must be able to assist client's with ADL's and IADL's;
• Completes additional training and inservices as required;
• Participates in annual evaluation of job performance;
• Works with House Supervisor and Directors to increase effectiveness of therapeutic interventions;
• Transports clients throughout community as needed;
• Perform light housekeeping duties which may include cleaning;

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Overnight shift
• Weekends as needed
