(SMSA) is seeking a dedicated, positive thinking and servant leader Assistant Principal, responsible for day-to-day operations of the PreK-8 Elementary School.

The full-time position will work with the President, Principal, staff and faculty to advance a contemporary education vision based on Catholic values, academic excellence, service to community, and continuous improvement to form global leaders for tomorrow.

SMSA offers the benefits of 50% reduced student tuition at SMSA, and offers 50% tuition reduction through Marian University for graduate school.

The primary task of the Assistant Principal is to serve as an educational leader of grades PreK-8, specifically regarding classroom management and student behavior.

The Assistant Principal is responsible for supporting maintaining building operations, managing and coaching faculty and staff, and communicating effectively with parents/families to ensure a positive school climate.

The successful applicant will understand and demonstrate the knowledge of best practices in restorative practices, mentoring teachers and exhibit an ability to learn, lead and work collaboratively with the Principal and faculty.
