Description

Position Summary:

The Solution Architect is a key member of our Technology Team, leading client engagement and delivering innovative solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead client discovery and requirement gathering, providing innovative solutions.
Develop and present solution documentation, ensuring stakeholder engagement.
Implement and train on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, serving as a subject matter expert.
Translate client requirements into technology solution roadmaps.
Contribute to new business efforts and agile delivery.
Drive adherence to best practices and lead optimization activities.
Collaborate with Marketing Automation Managers and analytics teams.
Contribute to thought leadership within our Salesforce practice.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a baseline understanding of capabilities across Data Cloud, Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud Personalization and Marketing Cloud Intelligence preferred.
Coding capabilities in Ampscript, SQL, and JSON.
Experience leading client-facing implementations.
Understanding of cross-channel marketing best practices.
Deep understanding of data privacy and protection practices.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
