Job summary

The HR Business Partner position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.

  • This position will research develop and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies.
  • The role involves consulting with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate analyzing trends metrics in partnership with the HR Manager developing solutions programs policies.
