We are looking for you as a Payroll Clerk (m/f/d) in Nidda at Pajarito Mesa, NM
The Wetteraukreis gGmbH for Disabled Assistance (bhw) promotes, supports, and accompanies people with intellectual and multiple disabilities. Social participation, vocational qualification, and integration into the general labor market are essential goals of the company.

In our headquarters, we manage and support the facilities of our company.

In addition to workshops for people with disabilities and day care centers throughout the Wetteraukreis, we also operate various forms of housing where approximately 250 people live.

We also run a daycare center for children with and without special needs in Friedberg.


Your future responsibilities:

  • You will carry out timely and accurate payroll processing in Loga/Ekom21, taking into account company, collective bargaining, tax, and social security regulations.
  • You will maintain absences, especially maternity leave, parental leave, and illness, including handling preexisting condition declarations with health insurance companies.
  • You will implement salary conversion, collective pension plans, company savings plans, and direct insurance in the payroll.
  • You will process time records in the scheduling program Perpia.
  • You will handle reporting and certification as well as correspondence with authorities, social security agencies, and insurance companies.
  • You will be responsible for the general administrative processing of all personnel matters from hiring to termination.
  • You will advise employees and managers on all payrollrelated matters.
