'We're searching for a
Data Scientist (M/F/d) **to join our Network Analysis team in Berlin, based in Shamrock, TX.


Your Responsibilities - Spread the green:

  • You will work on internal tools, products, and services that utilize statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze large transportation networks.
  • You will contribute to the deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of complex machine learning models in production.
  • You will collaborate with a crossfunctional team, including engineers, other data scientists, and business stakeholders within the domain.
  • You will partner with teams in the Network Planning domain to ensure the development of transportation networks is informed and efficient.

Your Qualifications - Ready to join the team:

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in designing and implementing Data Science products.
  • You possess a strong theoretical understanding of machine learning and other statistical methods, particularly treebased/boosting algorithms, forecasting, and timeseries modeling.
  • You have experience working with a team of data scientists and engineers to develop and deliver machine learning models that are effective in production, including automated testing, model monitoring, and model iteration.
  • You have solid programming skills in Python and its Data Science ecosystem (Pandas, Scikitlearn, etc.) and are familiar with R (or are interested in learning it).
  • You have a good understanding of SQL and experience using relational databases. Knowledge of other data streaming and storage services (Kafka, AWS) is a plus.
