Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and redirecting calls as required
- Scheduling appointments assist with customer inquiries verbally and written.
- Partnering with Loan Officers to prepares written correspondence and memos as requested by loan officers.
- Maintaining supplies and marketing orders.
- Completing general office tasks not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing documents, scanning, and compiling data for loanrelated reports.
Required Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
- Good multitasking abilities with outstanding time management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
