We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bag Room Supervisor to join our team for the summer season.

As a Bag Room Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the bag room, ensuring that all bags are properly stored and returned to members in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and train bag room attendants
  • Ensure that all bags are properly tagged and stored
  • Coordinate with golf course staff to ensure that bags are returned to members in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized bag room
  • Assist members with their bags as needed
  • Ensure that all bag room equipment is properly maintained
  • Manage inventory of bag room supplies
  • Provide excellent customer service to members

Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a Bag Room Supervisor
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to lift heavy bags
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
