    Job DescriptionThe Biomedical Technician is responsible for installation, electrical safety inspections, periodic maintenance, performance testing and major and minor repairs of medical equipment in assigned areas of the hospital, as well as external/retail clients.

    Required qualifications:
    Associate's Degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology Or Coursework/Training and Electronics Technology, Military or Technical Training Or equivalent educ/experience Upon request: If position requires driving, a valid driver's license and proof of insurance per company policy will be required

    Preferred qualifications:

    The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

    About the TeamProvidence Swedish is the largest not-for-profit health care system in the greater Puget Sound area.
