Job summary
We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success & Operations Lead. This hybrid role blends onboarding, account management, and administrative support to ensure a world-class experience for our clients and seamless operations within our team.Responsibilities
- Guide new customers through onboarding,
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and success tracking,
- Help customers understand best practices and the business impact of RCS.
