Responsibilities:


  • This is the Sales Leader role—visible and accessible by dealers and customers as the primary sales accountable role of the New Holland CE brand.
  • Lead & coordinate the regional sales teams to deliver on brand objectives for wholesale and retail performance. Responsible for brand market share position & growth.
  • Directly coordinate the brand strategy and growth planning with the dealer network. Focus on clear communication and support of the dealer network on initiatives & actions necessary to deliver the best customer experience possible.
  • Serve as key advisor to the brand leadership on the commercial environment: Statistically able to communicate changes and needs from the dealer and customer base using objective data and analytics.
  • Support operational wholesale and retail activity as needed by the team: Dealer & customer meetings, brand events, etc, and fillin for sales support directly if/ where needed.
  • Develop, integrate and leverage a strong lead management process between the brand, dealers, and customers
  • Deliver strong Customer Experience affinity with the brand by coordinating the field efforts with the brand strategy and marketing efforts.
This position has a salary range of $129,750 to $190,300 (_Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)_


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree; In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, will consider those with an Associates Degree plus three additional years of experience OR a High School Diploma plus five additional years of experience
  • 3 or more years of experience working within construction or agriculture equipment industry.
  • 5 or more years of experience supporting dealers, customers, and end users.
  • 35 years prior sales experience
  • 35 years prior management experience for teams of 10 or more individuals
