    **ACIMA**

    As a Customer Service Representative, you will take inbound calls to assist customers by answering questions regarding their lease agreement, help manage customer payment scheduling, process payments, and close paid leases. Customer Service Agents provide necessary support to the customer in various stages during the lease servicing process.

    **Compensation**

    Hourly pay *starting at* ***$16/hour day of employment*** , depending on qualifications and experience.

    Eligibility for performance bonus each month on top of an hourly rate.

    **Scheduling**

    Full-time positions are available now

    We are *closed on Sundays* and you are only required to work every other Saturday.

    The Customer Service Department is open Monday - Friday from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.

    **Position Functions**

    Perform inbound calls with any applicable party

    Help customers process ACH and credit card payments

    Manage lease payment schedules

    Data Entry when needed

    Coordinate with other departments to best meet the customers needs

    Provide outstanding, caring customer support to all customers
