The Ballin Foundation is an experienced provider of child and youth welfare services in Hamburg.

Our range of services includes 19 day care centers, 2 parent-child centers, 11 all-day schools, 2 Ballin Meerzeit locations, and the Ballin Children's Diagnostics.

Welcome to the Ballin Meerzeit House in Wyk auf Föhr.

We are a youth welfare program for socially disadvantaged or psychosocially burdened children and adolescents, providing a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment.

With a comprehensive, holistic concept, a multidisciplinary team supports the children and adolescents in their self-efficacy, self-esteem development, and coping with their developmental tasks and special problems.

We are currently seeking qualified educators for full-time and part-time positions at the Ballin Meerzeit House in Wyk. Join the Ballin Foundation team


Responsibilities:

  • Support children and adolescents in their daily routine
  • Plan and implement experiential and recreational group activities and projects
  • Collaborate with parents, applicants, and cooperation partners
  • Actively participate in team, case, and service meetings
  • Report and document work
  • Actively contribute to quality and concept development
  • Network and public relations
  • Supervise interns
