Job Description

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic and growing Branded Pharma division. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the sales strategy and planning for a new product in the field of Ophthalmology. You will lead a team of sales professionals, driving short-term sales targets and long-term objectives. Your responsibilities will also include territory mapping, based on sales data, to optimize the performance of the sales team. Additionally, you will lead the local launch process for our new asset in close collaboration with our EU head office. This will involve executing local tactics and participating in congresses.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coach the sales team to optimize resource utilization, set sales targets, and implement incentive schemes and Key Performance Indicators to continuously improve sales performance.

Deliver sales performance through effective sales team leadership and implementation of operational marketing activities, maximizing or exceeding brand sales and margin within expense budgets.
