- Bachelors or Associates Degree in Nursing
- Must have active New Hampshire RN license or Compact License
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as Registered Nurse, with previous school experience required.
- Strong clinical assessment and thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Provide direct healthcare services to students and staff, including first aid, administering medications, and managing medical emergencies.
- Manage and maintain accurate health records for students, including immunization records, health assessments, and individualized healthcare plans (IHPs) for students with chronic health conditions.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care and support for students' health needs.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate intervention and follow-up care as needed.
- Maintain compliance with state regulations, school policies, and professional standards for school nursing practice.
- Educate students and staff on health-related topics and promote wellness initiatives within the school community.
