For over 25 years, TWN Communications has partnered with electric co-ops to provide high-speed internet and phone service to areas with limited options.

We are looking for an outgoing, creative personality with a proven record in creating digital marketing campaigns and promoting brands through social media and other digital outlets.

Strong writing skills and attention to detail are a must


This position will be responsible for representing our company by building a social media presence for our brands and increasing our online presence through other digital outlets.

Having a strong knowledge of social media algorithms, content that both increases traffic, as well as drives engagement, and the ability to create high-quality, original written and visual content is a must.

You will also engage influencers and manage our community by responding to comments.


Social Media & Digital Graphics Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality original written and visual content to reach and engage our audience and influencers throughout our service areas.
  • Build a social media presence through a variety of outlets.
  • Manage social media platforms and analyze metrics.
  • Execute company paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor company brand and build brand awareness on social media and online review sites.
  • Monitor social media trends and enhance strategy through competitive analysis.
  • Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used.
  • Assist with creating marketing materials for digital outlets.
  • Ability to capture a moment, whether with a fancy lens or a mobile device
  • Develop and adhere to best practices and guidelines for content creation.
  • Research and learn about each of the communities we serve and the best ways to reach them.
  • Work with the marketing team to generate compelling ad copy, messaging and website content, ensuring all content is optimized for SEO.
  • Work with coworkers and partners to develop engaging and informative content.
  • Publish blogs and manage website updates using WordPress.
  • Work collaboratively to recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
  • Work collaboratively to execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in social media organic and paid posts.

Requirements:


  • 3+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree (Marketing preferred)
  • Strong creative and writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Digital marketing and social media experience with Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Instagram.
  • Proficient creating online videos and other digital media using Adobe editing software.
  • Proficient in the latest digital marketing trends, tools, platforms, and best practices
  • Experience executing PPC and paid social media campaigns.
  • Up to date with the latest trends in paid search, social media advertising and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Proficient in creating and editing website content in WordPress.
  • Working knowledge of AdWords, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console (preferred)
  • Ability to travel to trade shows, promotional events, etc.
  • Hybrid remote: Ability to commute to corporate office 12x per week.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
