Dispatcher/Service Coordinator

Responsibilities include:

• Manage prioritizing and dispatching engineers for client service requests
• Assist in management of all client communications
• Manage maintenance program scheduling and compliance
• Manage vendor training requirements and scheduling
• Assist in core project operations and management
• Monitor sales activity in ConnectWise and assist the Sales Representatives where needed.

Helpful qualifications include:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience with Managed Service Providers (MSP's)
• Knowledge of ConnectWise Manage
• Knowledge of ConnectWise Sell
