    Clinical Director - BCBA—ABA Centers of Virginia**About ABA Centers of Virginia
    • As Virginia's top ABA provider, we take it as our responsibility to bring the best autism therapy to as many families as possible. Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy is the gold standard in autism care. Our highly trained, certified professionals customize therapy programs to meet the goals of individuals with autism and their families.

      In addition to ABA therapy, we offer autism diagnostic testing in an effort to reduce or eliminate long waiting lists that can rob families of months of critical early intervention care.

    Our Clinical Director is responsible for monitoring the daily clinical operations of a single clinic location providing ABA therapy services.

    Manage BCBAs and RBTs to ensure clinical quality

    • Supervise the daily implementation of behavior intervention, treatment plans, and client documentation
    • Give direct verbal/written feedback to BCBAs and RBTs regarding clinical implementation, including modeling
    • Conduct on-site supervision of BCBAs and RBTs at service locations
    • Make monthly check-in phone calls with families
    • Support the ABA Academy of Excellence training program by analyzing regional IOA and treatment integrity data
    • Develop (as a team) and oversee a clinic-based curriculum
    • Collaborate with Regional Operations team
    • Supervise unrestricted hours for BCBA Apprentices
    • Travel for assessments, oversight of clinical team, and support for high-risk clients
    *Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis

    • 5 years of experience in the ABA field (preferred)
    • 15 days of PTO (increases with tenure by company policy)
