Description
NEI Infrastructure Inside Sales Representatives collaborate closely with contractors, agencies, engineers, landscape architects, and government officials to create and support solutions and specification development and apply problem-solving skills to maximize NEI product sales.
While in consultation with the RSD/DSM, Technical Sales, Customer Service, and Product Engineering, works with a moderate level of autonomy to achieve sales goals and customer responsiveness.

Develop and implement sales plans and programs to ensure the profitable growth and expansion of NEI Infrastructure products.
Develop a detailed understanding of the sales territory customer base which includes Municipalities, Contractors, Engineers, Supply Houses, Distributors, OEM, and competitors.
Utilize product knowledge and people skills to close sales opportunities and achieve territory sales objectives.Understanding of/ability to learn CRM, Microsoft Office, and other software programs.
Conduct research via on-line project databases to identify sales opportunities.
Utilize CRM to log sales activities.
Provide assistance to Credit and Collections Manager as necessary to resolve account receivable issues.
Demonstrated ability to create clear action plans and act with an inner drive to meet and exceed goals and sales plans.
Computer Literacy:
Demonstrated proficiency in basic Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and use of a CRM tool (Salesforce).
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret civil design drawings, engineering production drawings, and project plans to recommend solutions and create material take-offs.
Successful performance in the role will require performing satisfactorily other duties as assigned.Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field. Previous customer service and or sales experience desired.
The worker must be able to access, analyze and otherwise work with, enter information stored in or obtained through the company's computer system, and to communicate effectively with co-workers and third parties who have business dealings with the company's Human Resources operations.
