About the job:

This position has the responsibility of executing the Project Procurement Execution plan with mínimal direction. Will produce all procurement documents with an emphasis upon accuracy.


Skills and Responsibilities:


  • Prepare bidders list to support RPQ/RFP process.
  • Coordinate clarifications as required to support the RFQ/RFP.
  • Develop Commercial Bid Evaluations as required.
  • Prepare award recommendations.
  • Using indepth knowledge of the Procurement Applications, as well as industry best practice expertise, consult with clients to provide cost effective solutions to solve business issues
  • Provide guidance in the integration of existing and new business units into the ProcuretoPay ecosystem.
  • Identify leading practices and drive adoption. Influence decisions through expert knowledge of PTP processes and technology
  • Provide global perspective of PTP processes to Regional and Global Process Owners
  • Engage with procurement & finance organization to define the future state of ProcuretoPay business processes through quantitative analysis and review of current processes. Identify wasteful/inefficient points in the process and engage with impacted parties to determine future state
  • Participate in both internal and external status meetings.
  • Ensure professional interface with both internal and external personnel.
  • Contribute to a team environment by accomplishing related results in a cooperative manner.
  • Works under the supervision of the Procurement Team Lead.
  • Performs other duties as required.


In addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management.

These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization.

Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, or Business Administration preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience
  • Minimum five years' buying experience in Oil & Gas.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% on average.
  • Experience with engineering and/or construction of plant equipment desirable.
  • Proven attention to detail, analytical, team player and strong customer service skills required.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills required.
