    Job Title: Management Analyst at the Iowa Department of Inspections, Appeals & Licensing (DIAL)

    Location: Des Moines Polk County, IA

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $59, $92,040.00 Annually

    Job Description:
    The Iowa Department of Inspections, Appeals, & Licensing (DIAL) is looking for a proactive and energetic individual to join their Health & Safety Division, Fire Safety Bureau, as a Management Analyst. This role involves collaborating with facility owners and department staff to enhance fire inspection processes smoothly.

    Responsibilities:
    • Evaluate and enhance Bureau-wide processes
    • Perform fire inspections and propose modernization plans
    • Analyze data and support quality improvement initiatives
    • Provide staff training on procedures and ensure compliance
    • Assist in setting and monitoring division goals
    • Manage projects to enhance overall operations

    Qualifications:
