About Us:
Sundial Real Estate of Mesa, AZ is looking for an experienced, roving Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. We manage almost 2,000 units and have a good mixture of multi-family and single-family homes. You will be responsible for general maintenance as well as turning units to get them rent ready.

Qualifications for the Maintenance Technician:

Minimum 2 years experience as a maintenance technician
Must have experience and general knowledge of apartment and/or house maintenance
Must have your own vehicle (reliable transportation)
Must have an valid Driver's License
Must be able to undergo a Background Check
Must have your own tools
40 Hour Work Week M-F

Responsibilities for the Maintenance Technician:

Create a punch list of what needs to be done with unit that has been vacated
Use an app to complete work orders and communicate with managers and tenants
Check all lights and replace as necessary
Replace or repair windows, latches, screens, hinges, sliding glass doors, shelves, baseboards, mirrors, closets
Replace door locks and hinges
Troubleshoot appliances and repair as necessary. Inform the Property manager if it's out of your scope of ability or needs replacing
Assist in changing or removing appliances from apartment
Make keys when necessary
Check faucet sink plugs and repair/replace as necessary. Perform other repairs to sinks, bathtubs, etc., when warranted
Replace toilets and hot water heaters
Repair or replace curtains, miniblinds, ceiling fans, etc.
Repair drywall, paint as necessary
Inspect bathroom tiles, perform minor repairs/replacements
Change A/C filters
