Description

As a team of Core Desktop Services, we ensure smooth operations for over 1200 employees at eleven locations within the Markant Group, regardless of their country of origin.

Equipped with the latest technology and always staying up-to-date, we are the first point of contact for all IT-related matters concerning the workplace within the entire group. Our services include end device equipment, software distribution, and management of our Microsoft tenants.

We don't just provide support, we inspire.

Our job profile

  • You are the first point of contact for user inquiries in 1st and 2nd level support in the client environment at the Offenburg location, as well as in an international context.
  • You analyze and diagnose IT problems and find suitable solutions for troubleshooting, ensuring that systems and applications function properly.
  • You are responsible for the installation, configuration, and updating of hardware and software components. This includes operating systems such as Windows, MacOS, and iOS, applications, drivers, and other peripheral devices.
  • You create and maintain documentation.

Your profile as a candidate

  • Completed technical education or degree in IT or a comparable qualification
  • IT expertise, practical experience in IT service and support
  • Strong customer service and customer-oriented thinking
  • Independent, reliable, and structured
