Description
TCI is looking for an ambitious Salesperson for Kalmar Ottawa parts and new and used commercial equipment. As the Sales Associate, your primary responsibilities will be to manage our online sales listings and advertising campaigns.


As an Ecommerce Associate, you will be responsible for managing our presence on Amazon and other online marketplaces, driving sales and ensuring that we provide our customers with an exceptional shopping experience.


Responsibilities will also include responding to leads through TCI's marketing system, closing and updating leads and opportunities, conducting related sales activities as discussed.

Forecasting, pipeline review, keeping activities current in Salesforce system and conducting professional presentations.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Manage and optimize product listings on various online marketplaces.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize product listings for maximum visibility and sales
  • Develop and manage advertising campaigns to drive traffic and sales on Amazon
  • Analyze sales data and identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with our fulfillment team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Provide excellent customer service and promptly address any customer inquiries or issues
  • Continuously research and stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices in ecommerce
  • Cold calling on a weekly basis (50+ per week)
  • Focus sales efforts on TCI core business.
  • Medium & heavy duty used truck sales.
  • New Ottawa terminal tractor sales.
  • Update Salesforce portal weekly.
  • Followups and meeting commitments.
  • Build relationships, solve issues, and assist customers with their individual needs to promote strong customer retention.
  • Updating customer on parts status and availability.
  • Delivering parts to customers and identify their needs for additional equipment.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:


  • 3 Years of sales experience with online sales and website marketing
  • Ability to make datadriven decision
  • Detailoriented, organized and selfmotivated with a collaborative attitude
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically current versions of Excel
  • Knowledge of Facebook, business pages & google PPC
  • Good writing and research skill
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Goal oriented. "Can Do" attitude, and strong energy level
  • Delivery of Ottawa parts to customers in company vehicle.
  • Valid Driver License

  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skill
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly computer literate; ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently
  • Digital savvy with focus on information consistency
  • Strong data organizing skills
  • Basic knowledge of diesel engines
  • Experience in dealership sales.

Compensation and Schedule:


  • Total Compensation $75,000 $100,000 (base + commission)

  • Friday 7am to 4pm
