Official - Adult Soccer League - East Grand Rapids, United States - City of East Grand Rapids Parks and Recreation

Description

The primary responsibility is to officiate adult league soccer games. Supervisor will work around the official's weekday availability. Looking for officials with the flexibility to work 2-3 games on a given night. Recommended certifications from MHSAA or USSF.


Essential Job Functions

Officiates soccer games per USSF/FIFA soccer rules and regulations and in accordance with the East Grand Rapids Recreation soccer program
Starts and complete games on time and controls time outs during the game Clarifies rules to program participants and resolves any rule or scoring disputes
Observes actions of participants to detect any rule infractions Maintains a fair manner with all teams and individuals
Maintain a positive attitude and enforce sportsmanship at all times Oversees the safety and welfare of the participants
Notifies the Athletic Supervisor of serious incidents, accidents, or inappropriate conduct and completes Incident/ Accident Forms when needed.

Weekdays:
M,T,W,TH

Potential Games Times: 6:15p.m, 7:45p.m and 9:15p.m (Depends on field)

Pay:
$65-$75 game
