Position Summary
This position provides administrative and project support to the Interdisciplinary Team as directed by the IDT Manager.

    Required Qualifications
Must possess excellent communication skills

Must be organized and able to complete tasks efficiently

Must possess strong sense of professionalism, good critical thinking, creativity, flexibility, and excellent problem-solving skills

Must possess high ethical standards and be comfortable in a self-directed environment

Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and electronic medical records

Punctual with strong attendance history


Desired Qualifications
Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and electronic medical records

Punctual with strong attendance history

One year of experience working with the frail elderly, long term care population or end-of-life care preferred

Associates Degree Preferred


Position Functions/Duties

  • Complete extensive work within the electronic medical record for advanced data collection, projects, and reports
  • Performs administrative secretarial responsibilities required to effectively support team members
  • Provide educational support to the interdisciplinary team regarding various workflow and processes
  • Supportive to organizational policy, practice, and regulatory requirements, conducts timely, accurate weekly/monthly reports/audits and compiles results
  • Provide coverage at front desk as needed
  • Performs other assignments as directed by supervisor
