Your main tasks

Independent project coordination of product development projects (mechanical and mechatronic) in terms of deadlines, costs, and quality while meeting requirements
Content coordination of project teams in consultation with department heads
Leading and organizing project team meetings and workshops
Coordination of national and international development partners
Cross-location coordination of dependencies, schedules, and budgets together with product management and departments
Identification and analysis of opportunities and risks
Implementation of selected rationalization, organizational, and pre-development projects
Preparation of project documentation and development of decision-making bases for responsible committees and top management (steering committee, department management, executive board) as well as their presentation

Completed engineering degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or technical informatics, alternatively industrial engineering with a focus on electrical engineering or experienced electrical engineer
Proactive, communicative team player with several years of project management experience in the field of technical product development
Excellent knowledge of project management and tools (e.g. Scrum, Design Thinking)
Ideally, experience with ERP systems (e.g. IFS)
