Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods to various locations. This position requires a valid driver's license and the ability to operate different types of vehicles.


Duties:

• Safely operate a variety of vehicles, including, trucks, and tractortrailers
• Load and unload goods from vehicles
• Follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely deliveries
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and report any maintenance needs
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
• Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or issues
• Use equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies to assist with loading and unloading
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and delivery times

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role
• Ability to operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently
• Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks as needed
• Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus
