You will be responsible for coordinating the clinical care of patients in the oncology program; working closely with physicians, imaging staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to promote a coordinated approach to care.

- Three (3) years oncology experience.
- One (1) year oncology nursing preferred. Supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
- Strong and effective verbal, written, and presentation skills. Self starter, enthusiastic, able to motivate others.
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to professionally interact with all internal and external customers.
- Strong service excellence commitment. Excellent patient care skills. Patient and family education experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing required.
- Master's Degree in nursing preferred
- Current license to practice nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
- Current certification in oncology nursing by ONC preferred (or required within two (2) years of hire date).
