Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform updates to process control documents, assembling/organizing collected data, maintaining inventory records for labmade products and ingredient samples
- Maintaining the Daily Log and Lab Library for projects
- Maintain and organize the Photo library, electronic and paper files
- Transcribe formulas provided by R&D management and upload to Zoho (project management) and Sharepoint file
- Assisting in the setup and implementation of new systems, including gathering requirements, data entry, testing system changes and upgrades as directed
- Supporting the revision of R&D processes to make optimal use of technological programs
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2 years of professional clerical work experience with strong ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Must have proven experience in a fastpaced environment, juggling a lot of responsibility with shifting priorities, with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
- B.S. / B.A. degree and minimum two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and years of related experience
- Two years of professional work experience with training in baking or food development
- Experience with TraceGains, Syspro, and Zoho is a real plus
