    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in attracting and retaining exceptional employees. In this position, you will be responsible for continuously seeking out talent, developing a compelling employment brand, and fostering positive relationships with candidates and employees. You will also serve as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for responsible departments.

    Responsibilities:

    • Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts with respective department leaders
    • Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
    • Lead employment branding initiatives
    • Source and find candidates qualified for open positions using various sources, like social media networks and employee referral for open positions
    • Conduct recruitment processes
    • Ensure positive candidate experiences
    • Assist in employee retention and development
    • Use metrics to analyze recruitment data and support effective talent acquisition strategies
    • Serve as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for responsible departments to align business objectives with people plan and anticipates HR related needs.

    Requirements:

    • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role
    • strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills in their work sourcing top talent and ensuring that staff members are productive and satisfied.
    • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
    • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
    • Keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
    • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
    • Good time-management skills
    • 8 + years relevant working experience
