Responsibilities:

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and timely manner
Take customer orders and relay to kitchen staff
Serve food and beverages to customers
Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with customers throughout their meal
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
