Description

This is an onsite position 5 days a week.

Prepares the monthly payroll, conducting the necessary processes for payment of the various components of salary, such as vacation pay, overtime, etc.

Is also responsible for payment of legal charges and statutory withholdings, such as employee guarantee fund, social security, income tax, labor dues, etc.

Makes the calculations of payments related to dismissals.
Position is primarily centered around payroll taxes and withholdings from pay checks

Looking for someone that is motivated, independent, organized, attention to detail, good customer service skills, and has knowledge of payroll taxes.

Knowledge of payroll reconciliations and tax filings (IRS, states, different jurisdictions) and new tax setup
Multistate payroll experience is helpful
Looking for at least 2 years of experience.
Needs to have a high school diploma
