Salary Range:
$21 - $25 Based on Experience

The Quality Coordinator position is responsible for maintaining documents and files to support the branch. Works with management to ensure compliance and quality standards are being followed.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Ensure training of Quality team members and annual retesting and records are maintained and accurate.
  • Support safety processes, requirements and culture. Investigate, monitor, document 5S housekeeping issues.
  • Promote and execute quality standards and processes, quality plans, documents and reports
  • Perform 5S housekeeping audits and reports.
  • Support the ISO/ & TL9000 V R6.1/R5.5 certification process and maintaining Quality System
  • Track operations performance data and trends and monthly reports.
  • Support Quality Management systems in QMS, EDOCS
  • Maintain and updates all Quality Training matrix.
  • Coordinate and facilitate Roaming Audits for all department sites.
  • Periodic review of department internal control procedures.
  • Periodic review quality and production processes in order to identify and recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and/or accuracy of production
  • Support Supervision with Quality operations.
  • Support Quality by making sure the customer requirements are met for the products by assuring stable processes are followed according to documented quality standards.
  • Assist and follow up on closing the loop on quality corrective action and root causes.
  • Works closely with management to recommend process Improvements changes.
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills:


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, adapt to changing environment
  • Ability to frequently lift objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be organized, detail oriented, deadline driven, and selfmotivated.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills including presenting to a group.
Required Experience

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in a quality related role
  • Experience with ISO/ & TL9000 V R6.1/R5.5 preferred
  • Knowledge of General OSHA Standards preferred.
  • Previous experience auditing processes and reporting deficiencies a plus.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
