Looking for a
Travel Coordinator opportunity at a place you can make a difference every day? Discover this great opportunity in our Kearny Mesa (San Diego) office.

Serco is looking for a highly motivated, self-starter, organized and detail orientated Travel Coordinator to join our dynamic travel team.

In this role, you will:

Coordinate and manage domestic and international travel thru a travel agency; per Program Manager's request(s)
Support traveling employees with completion of International Travel Requests (ITR) using Serco intranet, OurWorld-NA
Assist with the preparation of various account balances, analyzes invoices and reports
Support travel admin team as needed
Expense and reconcile corporate credit card used for airfare, lodging, and rental cars

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have:

US Citizenship
High School diploma or GED equivalent
1 year of experience (Office accounting experience preferred)
Outstanding interpersonal communication
Attention to detail
Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
MS Office Suite experience as well as demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel
A team player and able to work independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
