I am currently working with a company that specializes in developing innovative solutions for the energy industry and industrial contexts. My client works with some big names in the industry such as Siemens, BMW, and MAN Energy Solutions to bring transparency to processes and insights into data. Through centralized data analysis, customers can improve system availability and increase process optimization in their operations.

Your role:

  • Maintenance and further development of embedded solutions for products.
  • Integration of the latest Linux kernel versions and security patches into existing hardware platforms.
  • Continuation of development of Linux kernel modules for ARM processors.
  • Updating system libraries and cross-compiler toolchain for Linux embedded platforms.
  • Development and implementation of automated tests for hardware products.

Your profile:

  • University degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, electrical engineering)
  • Work experience as a software developer in the field of embedded Linux
  • Proficiency in developing Linux kernel modules
  • Good knowledge of software programming with C
  • Ideally experience with ARM processors
  • Reliable and independent work ethic
  • Good German and English language skills
