First 90 Days:

Begin AINS Designation

Become proficient SBU Partner Rating Portals

Provide online rating support to middle market and small business teams

Learn CSR24 Program & conduct implementation

Visit La Palma and become familiar with SBU Team

Attend regular HPT meetings with Marketing Team & SBU

Meet with our top 3C small business partners

Learn their appetites

Support Book Optimization & other Special Projects

At the end of the next 90 days, we will evaluate performance and if all terms have been met, Compensation will be increased by $5,000


Next 90 days:

Become proficient in EPIC; Accord Forms, document management, workflows

Certificates & Evidence of Property Coverage

Auto ID cards

Change requests

Unrouted attachments

continue AINS Course for designation

Continue CSR24 Implementation

Meet with Key Carriers and learn appetites

Attend weekly HPT meetings

Attend biweekly meetings with Sales Leader for Future producer training

At the end of the 1st 90 days, we will evaluate performance and if all terms have been met, pay will be increased by $5,000

Next 180 days

Transition to Service Team

Continue AINS for designation

Provide training and implementation to other teams on Hub client connect

Master the Epic Marketing Module and submission process

Attend weekly HPT meetings

Attend biweekly meetings with Sales Leader for Future Producer Training

At the end of the 180 days, we will evaluate performance and if all terms have been met, pay will be increased by $10,000

High school or equivalent
