    One of our clients is currently in need of Drug and Alcohol Counselors to deliver services in the greater Philadelphia area.

    SUMMARY OF THE OPPORTUNITY

    • Provide clinical services to assist individuals dealing with substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
    • Offer clinical services like individual therapy, group therapy, treatment planning, and aftercare coordination.
    • Maintain clinical documentation.
    • Conduct assessment services and implement clinical interventions.

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders, preferably in treatment, mentoring, or coaching.
    • Familiarity with recovery principles including the 12 steps.
    • Ability to pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126), and Criminal.
    • Must possess valid medical/health documents such as physical examination, Tuberculosis/TB Skin Test, CPR, and First Aid certification.
    • Licensure as a counselor is preferred.
