Do you enjoy analyzing and improving processes, setting new controlling standards, and paying attention to detail? Become part of our dynamic team and support Nikita, our Team Lead Controlling, by acting as a liaison between accounting, finance, business development, and quality management.

Your new role

  • Review incoming invoices, identify discrepancies, and clarify any issues with internal and external partners
  • Ensure compliance with agreed processes, payment terms, and delivery conditions
  • Prepare P&L data for our Production Department and upload it to our database
  • Create reports and adhoc analyses for internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to process optimization, data improvement, and cost reduction
  • Be the point of contact for questions regarding payments, invoices, and other financial matters for both internal and external service providers
Your skills

  • Basic theoretical knowledge of accounting and finance
  • Previous practical experience with invoices or in accounting/controlling, as well as experience in a startup environment, is advantageous
  • Strong numerical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Enjoy problemsolving, resultsoriented, organized, and selfresponsible work style
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German, English skills are a plus
