Description

Under the supervision of the Procurement and Property Management Branch, a Staff Services Manager I, the incumbent is responsible for providing purchasing services to District 4 District Director, Chief Deputy, Chief of Staff and Administrative and staff.

The incumbent is responsible to monitor and analyze available administrative (allocated and negotiated) operating expense resources for purchasing authority.

  • Incumbent is required to be good steward of taxpayer dollars, monitor and manage inventory control; create, manage and edit reports on a monthly basis in database for Executive Management tracking and review.
