    Job Title: Warehouse Manager

    Location: Sharonville, OH

    Company Type: Asset-based Domestic Freight Company

    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in Sharonville, OH. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a dedicated team of 4-6 employees, ensuring efficient operations and the highest level of service in our freight and logistics division.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and supervise a team of 4-6 warehouse employees.
    • Coordinate and oversee all warehouse logistics.
    • Ensure the safe and efficient handling of white-glove delivery services, commercial goods, furniture, and case goods.
    • Implement and maintain high standards of warehouse cleanliness and organization.
    • Develop and enforce safety guidelines and procedures.
    • Liaise with other company departments to optimize logistics processes.
    • Monitor warehouse inventory and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy.
    • Provide training and support to warehouse staff as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
    • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a small team effectively.
    • Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency.
    • Ability to handle and oversee the logistics of white glove delivery services.
    • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
