Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in Sharonville, OH.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee a dedicated team of 4-6 employees, ensuring efficient operations and the highest level of service in our freight and logistics division.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise a team of 4-6 warehouse employees.
Coordinate and oversee all warehouse logistics.
Ensure the safe and efficient handling of white-glove delivery services, commercial goods, furniture, and case goods.
Implement and maintain high standards of warehouse cleanliness and organization.
Develop and enforce safety guidelines and procedures.
Liaise with other company departments to optimize logistics processes.
Monitor warehouse inventory and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy.
Provide training and support to warehouse staff as needed.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a small team effectively.
Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency.
Ability to handle and oversee the logistics of white glove delivery services.
Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
