Real Estate Agent m/f/d

Your tasks

Customer support and information about properties and rental capacities, rental prices, and offered service packages. Recording customer requests and needs, maintaining customer database.
Checking potential tenants/business customers, preparing and concluding rental agreements, and creating contracts in SAP.
Maintaining master data of tenants and business customers in SAP. Updating documents for rental prospects and the caretaker information sheet for tenants.
Processing contract extensions according to the options or deadlines agreed with business customers and tenants.
Evaluating the list of suggested terminations for delinquent tenants, problem analysis, and agreeing on measures with tenants. Participating in the decision to terminate tenants and business customers without notice.
Checking and approving invoices.
Continuously updating electronic tenant files in the DMS.
Receiving noncash rental payments, accounting and managing the cash book and credit card payments.
Excellent communication skills, strong service mentality
High commitment and flexibility, as well as enjoyment of structured and responsible work in a team.
