    Description

    Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

    Division: Finance Department: Finance Reports to: AVP, Controller

    Location: 105 River Ave., Lakewood, NJ

    Salary : 53K - 75K

    Bank, committed to providing superior products and services with a focus on customer satisfaction, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields along with a minimum of five years of relevant experience. Proficiency in financial analysis, regulatory reporting, and investment portfolio management is required. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills are essential.

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyze financial information and prepare reports, including regulatory reporting such as Call Report and FR 2900.
    • Develop scenarios and strategies for Asset Liability Management and assist in managing the Bank's liquidity position.
    • Oversee the development of Asset Liability Management system for quarterly ALCO reports.
    • Prepare documentation for external audits and regulatory examinations.
    • Reconcile general ledger accounts and assist with journal entries.
    • Participate in the management of Bank investments and make recommendations for changes as needed.
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
    • Coordinate tasks with other departments to ensure efficient workflow.
    • Communicate effectively with management and staff to integrate goals and activities.
    • Respond to inquiries and requests within established time frames.
    • Maintain accurate records and provide necessary reports.
