Your main responsibilities

As the Head of IT (m/f/d), you will play a key role in the strategic development, organization, and management of our IT department. Your responsibilities range from establishing our IT as a professional internal service provider to continuously improving our IT security management. A central focus will be on identifying new technologies, trends, and best practices.

You will manage our IT department, improve workflows, and ensure a continuous flow of information and development of our employees

You see yourself as an internal service provider, ensuring IT operations and services and monitoring the success of your department based on defined metrics

You will be responsible for quality assurance of IT projects in collaboration with the Digital Office and ensure compliance with legal and internal OOWV regulations
