Local Home Health Agency actively looking for RNs to do Non-Medicare/Non-Oasis Start of Cares for clients needing home health aide services, wound care, infusion therapy, etc.
Payrates
SOC Visits - $65/visit
Follow up Visits - $40/visit
REQUIREMENTS:
MUST HAVE FLORIDA RN LICENSE OR COMPACT LICENSE.
MUST HAVE VALID CPR CARD - BASIC LIFE SUPPORT.
MUST HAVE A COPY OF A NEG TB SKIN TEST RESULTS or TBQ GOLD QUANTIFERON BLOOD TEST RESULTS
MUST HAVE LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CLEARANCE.
MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION.
MUST HAVE CEU'S FOR ALZHEIMER'S AND RELATED DISORDERS AND HIV.
MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF CAR INSURANCE.
