Your responsibilities:


  • In your role, you will be responsible for processing payroll and salary payments
  • You will handle the onboarding and offboarding processes, including maintaining employee data
  • You will issue certificates and handle correspondence with social security agencies and tax authorities, as well as submit all tax and social securityrelated reports
  • You will participate in budgeting for personnel costs
  • You will support internal and external audits and act as a valued contact for the controlling department, authorities/offices, and auditors
  • Processing salary advances, deductions, garnishments, savings plans, and travel expense reports will also be part of your responsibilities
  • Additionally, you will be the point of contact and advisor for our employees regarding any questions related to payroll and salary processing

Your profile:


  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally as a tax clerk or personnel specialist, and have gained extensive knowledge in payroll processing
  • You also have knowledge of tax and social security law, are proficient in using common
