Role Overview: As a School-Based Occupational Therapist at Soliant, you will play a pivotal role in providing occupational therapy services to students within a school environment. We are seeking a passionate and skilled professional who is mitted to making a positive impact on students' lives.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to evaluate students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and student needs.
Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, addressing goals related to motor coordination, sensory integration, self-care, and classroom participation.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to ensure coordinated care and effective intervention strategies.
Monitor student progress, document therapy sessions, and municate effectively with the school team and caregivers.
Stay informed about best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field of occupational therapy.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
Strong interpersonal and munication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
