Description
Occupational Therapist (m/f/d) at the Kamillushaus Specialist Clinic in Essen-Heidhausen, a facility of Contilia. The clinic provides outpatient treatment for individuals with alcohol, cannabis, and medication addiction. A special focus is placed on treating all comorbid psychiatric disorders, particularly post-traumatic treatment disorder.

The clinic has a total of 95 beds for qualified detoxification and inpatient addiction treatment, as well as 20 day treatment places and a psychiatric outpatient clinic.

Additionally, the specialist clinic offers outpatient rehabilitation within a carrier association.


Your Profile:

  • Completed vocational training as an occupational therapist (m/f/d)
  • Teamwork, willingness to further educate, and a sense of responsibility
  • Independent, structured, flexible, and motivated

Your Responsibilities:

  • The main task is to plan and conduct groups to support various activities of daily living (ADL) and implement measures for vocational rehabilitation of individuals with addiction disorders
  • Planning and conducting occupational and work therapy measures in the reference group
  • Conducting additional indication groups
  • Computerassisted documentation and performance recording
  • Participation in team and case discussions in a multidisciplinary team
