Duties & Responsibilities
- Place Purchase Orders to HQ/Local sourcing
- Ensure correct, on time execution of orders
- Refill DOA & Optional parts for Semi Knockdown Materials
- Verify Product version/Shipping Terms/Price are correct
- Coordinate between Sales/Project Manager/Logistics/Production for Orders fulfillment Process
- Follow up on any order changes and coordinate internally Logistics/Production
- Maintain standard purchase BOMs for each product to make sure most updated version
- Work with HQ for New products transfer to UIH USA production projects
- Price check with HQ for Semi Knockdown Materials and maintain Price book most updated
- Receive, review and archive the PO and CBOM from UIHS.
- Conduct the factory team to review the system configuration before products shipping.
- Manage and maintain all PO/BOMs information to meet FDA/ISO 13485 requirement/UIH QM procedure
Requirements:
Education
- College's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Required Skills or/ Attributes
- Ability to work with crossfunctional teams
- Strong sense of urgency and due time
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with an awareness of deadlines and responsiveness.
- Demonstrated commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals or deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a strong attention to details
- Manufactural facility experience is a plus
- Medical device background is a plus
- Referral letter from previous employers if required
