Duties & Responsibilities

  • Place Purchase Orders to HQ/Local sourcing
  • Ensure correct, on time execution of orders
  • Refill DOA & Optional parts for Semi Knockdown Materials
  • Verify Product version/Shipping Terms/Price are correct
  • Coordinate between Sales/Project Manager/Logistics/Production for Orders fulfillment Process
  • Follow up on any order changes and coordinate internally Logistics/Production
  • Maintain standard purchase BOMs for each product to make sure most updated version
  • Work with HQ for New products transfer to UIH USA production projects
  • Price check with HQ for Semi Knockdown Materials and maintain Price book most updated
  • Receive, review and archive the PO and CBOM from UIHS.
  • Conduct the factory team to review the system configuration before products shipping.
  • Manage and maintain all PO/BOMs information to meet FDA/ISO 13485 requirement/UIH QM procedure

Requirements:


Education

  • College's degree preferred or equivalent work experience

Required Skills or/ Attributes

  • Ability to work with crossfunctional teams
  • Strong sense of urgency and due time
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with an awareness of deadlines and responsiveness.
  • Demonstrated commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals or deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and a strong attention to details
  • Manufactural facility experience is a plus
  • Medical device background is a plus
  • Referral letter from previous employers if required
